smashing pumpkins - thirty three

i got my briggs' Is This What You Believe? cd in the mail this morning! (well, last night, but i was too tired to look at mail then.) they messed up and sent me the wrong one last time, so this time i got a bunch of free stickers, patches, and pins too! i was psyched about it.
jack wasn't kidding. i do have an itty bitty tongue. when i went in to buy the tongue rings, i had no idea what sized ring i had in at the time. so i got the standard stuff. it's huge! i took out the one jack gave me and it's the half inch size. so these bigger ones feel all funky and big in my mouth. too bad about the no refund policy, but i don't mind. i'll just buy new ones when i get my next paycheck.
ahh crew was awesome today! instead of rowing our hearts out, we went into little america and swam around the whole time. michelle and i attacked janna's scull, then pushed alicia into the water. later we joined up with ellie in our lifejackets and did synchronized tow-roping. (ellie held onto our legs and christie pulled us around behind the coach's boat. we broke the little oar she'd tied the rope to.) so it was basically just a really cool, fun day. and i'm sun burnt. and after all the partying that goes down this weekend, michelle and i are going to go biking around point defiance, then have a crew party up at alki. i love it. i really do.
